The village hall accommodates approximately 30 people and has a main hall, a kitchen and two toilets. Tables and chairs are provided. There is a hatchway in the kitchen to supply food to field users and there is a table top hot water heater in the kitchen for hot drinks. No alcohol is to be served / drunk in the hall. It is a non smoking building.

The hall is very popular for children's birthday parties and is regularly hired for yoga and by other local groups.

As the hall is located within a residential area, all hires are to finish by 9pm.

The cost to hire the village hall is £20 plus VAT one off fee for the first hour and £12.50 for each hour plus VAT for the rest of the hire period, (with a minimum of two hours for each single hire or group hires of one hour each up to five separate dates).

(Group hires of more than 5 dates will cost £10 plus VAT per hour.)

BOUNCY CASTLES:  No bouncy castles allowed on site without a public liability certificate. to be provided in advance of the hire.  The fee will be £10 plus VAT to cover the use of electricity.

If the field is required then this is £15 for 1 ½ hours plus VAT.

The building is not manned and hirers are responsible for cleaning the hall, kitchen and toilets and clearing away furniture and crockery after use.

A First Aid box is available in the kitchen to compliment the Defibrillator Unit positioned at the front of the building by the main entrance.

There is a small car park as you enter the ground and another car park off Cottles Barton near the children's play ground.

The ground is locked between 10pm and 7am.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VILLAGE HALL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE UNTIL AFTER 3 PM SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS AS FOOTBALL MATCHES ARE PLAYED AT WEEKENDS.
