PARISH COUNCILLOR VACANCIES

Staverton Parish Council is very pleased to announce that Mr Jon Miller has been co-opted onto the parish council at the meeting on Monday 17th November 2025.  Cllr Miller is well known in Staverton for showing an interest and volunteering in the community.  He will be a very welcome asset to our Parish Council.

There are two Parish Councillor vacancies at this present time.    If you are interested in joining the Parish Council and would like more information regarding eligibility and what would be expected of a councillor, please contact:   Mrs June Jones, Parish Clerk at: parishclerk@stavertonparishcouncil.org.uk

MEETINGS

The Parish Council holds 6 meetings a year on a MONDAY evening at 7 pm. The meetings are held at Staverton Village Hall situated at Staverton Sports Ground off Cygnet Way, Staverton. The ANNUAL PARISH MEETING is held at 6.30 pm and the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the PARISH COUNCIL is held at 7 pm in MAY each year.

PARISH COUNCIL MEETING DATES FOR 2025 to 2026

The meetings will be held on a Monday evening at 7 pm at the village hall as from:

12 JAN 26  -  16 MAR 26  -  11 MAY 26  -  13 JULY 26  -  14 SEPT 26  -  16 NOV 26 -  11 JAN 27

The Annual Parish Meeting on the 11th May 2026 will be held at 6.30 pm followed by the Annual General Meeting held at 7 pm.
